1. Who processes your data
WooWFace processes personal data submitted through its website, communication channels and portrait service. Privacy requests may be sent to hallo@woowface.com and oliver@woowface.com.
2. Data we may process
- Contact details such as name, email, telephone number and company.
- Booking details, event information and request messages.
- Photographs voluntarily supplied or taken for the requested portrait service.
- Operational session information required to deliver, approve and print a portrait.
- Technical preferences stored locally, such as language and cookie consent.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to answer enquiries, perform requested services, manage bookings, comply with legal obligations and, only with valid consent, publish approved portfolio or marketing material.
4. Photography and minors
Photographs are used only for the requested service unless separate marketing consent is obtained. A parent or legal guardian must authorise the processing and any publication of photographs of minors.
5. Retention
Portrait source files and working copies should be deleted after delivery and the necessary operational period, unless longer storage is required by law or explicitly authorised by the customer. Enquiry and transaction records may be retained as required for contractual, accounting or legal obligations.
6. Sharing and processors
Data may be handled by hosting, email, storage, payment, analytics or other service providers only when necessary and subject to appropriate contractual and security safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
8. Cookies and local storage
The site uses necessary local storage for language and consent preferences. Optional analytics must remain disabled until accepted.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be applied. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
