Terms of Service

1. Service

WooWFace provides creative portrait entertainment, printed and digital portrait products, private sessions, event activations and partnership or franchise-related services.

2. Creative result

Portrait results vary according to the source photograph, selected style, number of people, lighting and production workflow. Artistic differences are not automatically defects.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide photographs they are authorised to use, accurate booking information and the consent of all photographed persons or their guardians.

4. Prices and payment

Applicable prices are confirmed before production or in a written booking proposal. Payment, invoicing and fiscalisation follow the rules applicable to the operating entity and location.

5. Approval and delivery

Where preview approval is offered, the customer should review the result before final printing. Delivery times are estimates and may change due to technical, operational or event conditions.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Event and private-session cancellation terms are stated in the written offer or agreement. Custom portrait work already produced may not be refundable except where required by consumer law.

7. Marketing use

WooWFace may not use customer photographs or portraits for advertising, social media or portfolio publication without separate permission.

8. Events and locations

The organiser or contracting partner must provide lawful access, suitable operating conditions, electricity or other agreed infrastructure, and any permissions assigned to them under the agreement.

9. Franchise and partnership

No franchise, territory, exclusivity, revenue representation or partnership is final until confirmed in a signed written agreement. Commercial projections are estimates and not guarantees.

10. Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. WooWFace is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control.
